Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

  • A comfortable, pressurized chamber designed for rest and recovery

  • Sessions typically last 90–120 minutes

  • You may feel mild pressure in your ears, similar to changing altitude

  • A calm, electronics-free environment

  • You’re welcome to bring a book, puzzle book, playing cards, or simply take an oxygen nap

  • We also have a small in-office library with magazines and short reads

Many guests use this time to fully relax and allow their nervous system to slow down.

What to Wear

  • Loose, comfortable clothing without metal rivets or fasteners

  • Please avoid lotions, perfumes, or hair spray before your session

  • If a topical medication has been prescribed by your physician, let us know—we can accommodate

Before & After Your Session

  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine for 2 hours before and after treatment

Pre-HBOT

  • Eat a light meal with complex carbohydrates and protein

Post-HBOT

  • Hydrate well

IV Therapy
