As a visionary entrepreneur, Heather founded BluZone, LLC, with the mission of providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking alternative modalities for optimal health. Recognizing the growing need for holistic care in the community, she has become a trailblazer in promoting longevity and tissue rejuvenation through state-of-the-art practices.

Dr. Hope Honigsberg, DNP, FNP-C, RN, CNOR

Medical Director

Dr. Hope Honigsberg is a distinguished Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive expertise in integrative and hyperbaric medicine. With a career spanning clinical care, research, and patient advocacy, she is dedicated to delivering personalized, whole-person healing strategies that blend conventional and complementary therapies.

Dr. Honigsberg specializes in hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), leveraging its regenerative potential to support healing in complex and chronic conditions. Her compassionate, patient-centered approach emphasizes tailored protocols designed to optimize recovery, enhance well-being, and promote long-term health outcomes.

A highly skilled clinician, Dr. Honigsberg holds certifications as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) specialist. Emily heads our care team at BluZone as a Nurse Concierge, dedicated to providing personalized care for each client. She ensures that every individual receives 100% satisfaction, leveraging her extensive clinical experience.

Working closely with our medical director, who is accredited in integrative care, Emily plays a crucial role in ensuring that BluZone's services are tailored to meet each client's unique needs. Becca Cates, LPN

Hyperbaric Tech & IV Specialist

Becca is an experienced nurse and a skilled Hyperbaric and IV technician at BluZone, where she is the welcoming face you will see at the spa. With a strong commitment to patient care, she ensures that every client feels comfortable and supported throughout their wellness journey.

Briana Gress

Movement Coach

Briana is a passionate movement coach specializing in training and movement for athletes and individuals focused on weight loss. With a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training and currently pursuing her Physical Therapy Assistant credentials, Briana combines her educational background with hands-on experience to empower clients to achieve their fitness goals.

At BluZone, you’ll often find Briana engaging with clients at events, providing support and assistance with IV treatments, as well as helping with hyperbaric sessions at the spa. Her deep understanding of biomechanics and movement patterns, paired with her commitment to client success, ensures that each individual receives tailored guidance to enhance their performance and overall well-being.

With a strong focus on both sports-related training and weight loss strategies, Briana is dedicated to helping clients unlock their potential and embrace healthier lifestyles. Her enthusiasm for movement and wellness makes her an invaluable part of the BluZone team.

Holly Moreta, BSN, RN

Mobile IV Nurse Annapolis and Calvert County

Holly is a dedicated and experienced nurse with 19 years of experience in emergency room, trauma, and intermediate care nursing. As a graduate of UMass Boston, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as BluZone's Mobile and Lounge IV Technician.

Serving the Annapolis and Calvert County areas, Holly is committed to providing high-quality mobile IV therapy, ensuring clients receive the best care in the comfort of their own homes or at events.

Holly’s extensive background in emergency care enhances her ability to provide safe, effective, and compassionate service. Holly's commitment to health and well-being makes her an invaluable asset to the BluZone team.

Allison Borror, EMT

Hyperbaric Tech

Allison is a dedicated and experienced hyperbaric technician at BluZone, bringing a wealth of knowledge from her background in emergency medical services. With a strong foundation as an Emergency Medical Technician and a proven track record in emergency communications, Allison’s life-saving experience ensures a high standard of comfort and safety for all clients at BluZone.

Currently serving as an Emergency Communications Operator with MIEMSS, Allison excels in maintaining clear communication under pressure and efficiently coordinating emergency responses. Her previous volunteer work with the Ferndale Volunteer Fire Department has honed her skills in triaging patients and ensuring compliance with local regulations, further reinforcing her commitment to patient care.

Allison's proactive approach to safety and teamwork is an invaluable asset to BluZone, where she is dedicated to fostering a secure environment for all clients. With certifications in Basic Life Support, CPR, and various emergency management systems, she is equipped to handle any situation that may arise.

Cynthia Middlestadt RN, BCLS, FNE-A

Mobile IV Nurse Harford County

Cynthia is a dedicated mobile IV nurse serving Harford County. She became a Registered Nurse in 2010, beginning her career at Mercy Medical Center, where she was recognized in 2011 with the McAuley Gold Award as part of Mercy’s Excellence in Action Program.

With extensive experience in cardiac, gastrointestinal, peri-operative, and critical care, Cynthia brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. She spent approximately six years at UCMC specializing in Vascular Access (IV Therapy) before returning to Mercy Medical Center as a Forensic Nurse and VOCA Team Member.

At BluZone, Cynthia’s extensive clinical expertise and commitment to patient care enhance our mobile IV services, ensuring clients receive safe, effective, and compassionate treatment. Her background in various medical specialties equips her to provide comprehensive support, making her a valuable asset to the BluZone team.

Heather Gogel, BSN, RN

Mobile IV Nurse Harford County

A graduate of Towson University in 2019, Heather Gogel brings valuable emergency care experience to the BluZone mobile IV nursing team. She is an Emergency Neurological Life Support (ENLS) certified RN and holds certification in the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS).

Heather has completed the Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program and holds an IHI certification, demonstrating a strong commitment to high-quality patient care and safety. As a member of the OADN Alpha Delta Nu Nursing Honor Society, she exemplifies excellence in nursing.
