BluZone is a local, woman owned business powered by nurse entrepreneur Heather Lamb. BluZone’s goal is to help our clients achieve their optimum health and wellness. Longevity is our key focus. 

While we focus on our outstanding mobile IV services, we are pioneering medical grade hyperbaric oxygen therapy in Maryland.

Our Team

Heather Lamb, Owner, RN

Heather is a seasoned nurse with over a decade of experience. Her career has included several years dedicated to wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy consults, making significant impacts in these specialized fields.

Expanding her expertise into entrepreneurship, Heather has become a trailblazer in holistic care. She founded BluZone, LLC, focusing on longevity and tissue rejuvenation through innovative practices, including pioneering hyperbaric oxygen therapy in Maryland and surrounding areas.

Outside of her professional life, Heather is a devoted mother of five young adults and a grandmother. She cherishes family time, often hosting gatherings at her home. Heather also enjoys unique adventures, such as annual tandem skydiving, and loves spending time with her two dogs.

Emily Floyd, BSN, RN

Emily is servicing BluZone clients in Baltimore County and Harford County. Emily is a trained Emergency Department nurse who wishes to enhance lives with aesthetic IV fluid hydration.

Emily has dual Bachelor's degrees in Nursing and Communication Studies. She enjoys spending time with her husband, and son in her free time.

Emily's emergency department experience will make your life enhancing IV treatment comfortable and easy.

Delaney Oleszczuk, RN

Delaney is an ER nurse with a heart for helping and a head filled with psychology knowledge. She's not just about the fast-paced life of emergency rooms but also dives deep into pediatric care with her special training. At Harford County's ER, she's the one making tough nights easier for everyone.

But that's not all - Delaney loves books. A lot. She breezes through 50 to 100 a year! When she's not saving lives, you'll find her buried in pages. At home, she's preparing for her new role as a mom and enjoys walks with her German Shepherd, Freya. Life's full, and Delaney wouldn't have it any other way.

Brittany Smith, RN

Has been practicing for 15 years. Started out in IMCU and has been a labor and delivery nurse for 14 years. Loves sports, dance and music. Has two boys who are very active in sports. Loves spending time with her family and watching her boys play sports. On free time loves to read and watch reruns of OTH.

Teresa Getz, BSN, RN

Teresa is servicing BluZone clients in the Harford County area.

Teresa has been a nurse for 17 years, starting in med surg and now spends her time as a charge nurse on a labor and delivery unit.

She has mastered starting IV's and will make your IV experience quick and easy.

Rachel Spangler, RN

Rachel is servicing BluZone in the Harford County area. Rachel has been a nurse for 13 years. Rachel's career is extensive in pediatrics, she spent time in pediatric hematology and oncology. Her experience will ensure your IV is started with ease.

Taylor Jurs, IV Tech

hbot tech- Taylor has spent many years as a nurse assistant and experienced IV therapy with Johns Hopkins. She is a huge support to BluZone helping the nurse staff give clients 100% satisfaction to meet their health and wellness goals.

Briana Gress, IV Tech

Hyperbaric technician and supports the weight loss program with providing weekly personalized movement goals. Briana graduated from Huntington College in Alabama with her Bachelor's in Athletic Training and former coach of the Wilmington University Women's Lacross Team. When she is not at BluZone she is pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy, coaching recreational girls lacrosse and training for her next big run

Holly Moreta, BSN, RN

bluzones Hyperbaric tech. Mobile and Lounge IV technician. graduate of UMASS Boston. experienced nurse with strong background in emergency room, trauma and intermediate care nursing. 19 = years of emergency department experience. mother of 2.

Pattie Dunn, CCRN

Cynthia Middlestadt RN, BCLS, FNE-A

I became a Registered Nurse in 2010 and started working at Mercy Medical Center. In 2011, I was the recipient of the McAuley Gold Award as a part of Mercy’s Excellence in Action Program. While working at Mercy, I obtained experience working with Cardiac, GI , Peri-OP and critically ill patients. I worked at UCMC for about 6 years doing Vascular Access (IV Therapy). I currently work back at Mercy Medical Center as a Forensic Nurse and VOCA Team Member. I am an active member of the education committee and Chair of the events planning and social media committee. I am also active in our human trafficking efforts in which I Chair our Human Trafficking Committee and am an active member in the Baltimore City Human Trafficking Collaborative and Baltimore City Human Trafficking Subcommittee. I am also a member of the Academy of Forensic Nursing. I enjoy spending time with my husband, 2 girls and 2 dogs. We spend a lot of time outdoors exploring and traveling. I have a creative outlet that I turned into a small business, American Designs LLC. I have had that for about 8 years and my family helps with it as well.

Heather Gogel, BSN, RN

Graduate of Towson University 2019. Emergency care experience. ENLS (emergency neurological life support) certified RN. NIHSS certified (National institues of health stroke scale. Vizient/AACN nurse residency program. IHI certification. OADN Alpha Delta Nu Nursing honor society. Single mother of 2.

Ashley Zeller, BSN, RN

I graduated from Stevenson University and have been an Emergency Room nurse for going on 5 years. I specialize in adult and pediatric patients. I’ve done a few travel assignments, as far as Salt Lake City and Cincinnati, but always find myself missing where I call home! I’ve lived in Baltimore for four years, where I get to spend my off days walking along the water with my pup, Fin! I’m passionate about fitness and love getting to workout and move my body.
